Accessibility Statement

DUX and DUXIANA aim to make this website usable and accessible for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or disability. Our accessibility work follows relevant accessibility legislation and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We work continuously to improve the accessibility of our digital services. This statement applies to duxiana.co.uk, which is provided by DUXIANA.

Status

The DUX and DUXIANA websites are currently partially conformant with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard. Partially conformant means that while many accessibility requirements are met, some parts of the site do not yet fully comply with the guidelines.

We have conducted accessibility reviews and ongoing testing and are aware of a number of issues, including the following:

• Some decorative images are not marked in a way that allows assistive technologies to ignore them.
• Alternative text for some images is incomplete or could be more descriptive.
• Some video content may not yet provide captions and/or transcripts.
• Heading levels might not always be used in a consistent hierarchical order across all pages.
• Certain functions may not behave as expected when used with screen readers or other assistive technologies.
• Some layouts or components may not work optimally when text is resized to 200% or more

We are systematically working to remedy these issues as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the accessibility and usability of our digital experiences, systems and services.

The most recent accessibility test was conducted on October 20, 2025.
